You wouldn't be subleasing, you'd sign your own 12-month lease, the benefit being that you can forgo their current waitlist if you take over my current lease. I had to wait 4 months when I was on their waitlist. Rent is set at $865 a month, below are a couple notable things about unit, location, and community. - Near the University of Oklahoma, I have even biked there before. Great for college students, but not a "college community". - On a golf course which you get a membership as well. (This apartment is positioned in a way where golf balls are not a concern for damage) - Pet friendly, plenty of space for great walks around the golf course. - On the first floor, great accessibility. - Right off of HW 9, easy access to I-35 - Includes all appliances, even a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. Pets allowed, I currently have an Australian Shepherd living on premises with no problems. You would need to pass a Credit Check and Criminal Background to be accepted as an applicant. 12 month lease, $865 a month, $350 security deposit All appliances and interior exterior work and repairs will be performed by on site maintenance staff.
