Used to be a Great Neighborhood in 1993/1994 when the tract was built and we bought this house. But it has been getting bad due to the in flux of low life's sent up here from Los Angeles. Judges relocate their disfunction, druggies and gang member families here to the High Desert; I myself have lived in Rosamond since 1972 and since 2003 it has really gone downhill. So we are getting out of here in 2006 before the market crashes too.
