It's a 7 minute walk to the Addison Blue line stop, and there's a Kmart and Tony's grocery store within walking distance. Tenant pays electric and cooking gas, landlord pays heat,water and hot water. 1 dog and 1 cat are allowed and Rental insurance is required. $35 application fee per person. No deposit.
