We have built a beautiful Studio Apartment off the back and side of our home. side gate entrance. There is no shared living space indoors. Some shared space outdoors is available. The living space is one large room that includes a kitchen on one side and a living room/bedroom combination on the other side, with a nice window, and the areas are separated by flooring design. The kitchen appliances provided are refrigerator, full size stove and oven, and a microwave. Lots of storage is available in many cupboards but no storage is available outside of the apartment, except a place to store or lock a bicycle. The closet is an antique armoire. A few pieces of furniture are available if they are desired, but they can be removed if they are not desired. One is a daybed with a nice twin size mattress and wooden frame that can be a couch in the day. The ventilation and lighting is very good, and the heating system includes air conditioning. Month to month rental agreement. Security deposit $500. One indoor cat may be allowed with pre-approval from Landlord and an additional $100 Security deposit. No outdoor cats or dogs allowed. Other types of small confined pets are subject to approval. No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere, indoors or outdoors. Street parking is randomly available but no specific location is guaranteed. Late fees may apply. Maintenance inside the apartment is variously the responsibility of both the landlord and the tenant, depending on what type, and is outlined in detail in the rental agreement.
