Upstairs on the second floor, the primary suite and guest room have French doors leading to a balcony and completely renovated bathrooms with marble floors, tile walls, and Waterworks faucets. The third floor offers flex space for a yoga area, meditation room, or art studio. Just across the driveway, you have an oversized three-car garage with two walls of drawers and cabinets filled with every tool for the handy person. The garage is heated and air-conditioned for year-round comfort. The garage doors are all glass for plenty of light. Upstairs is a large studio apartment 35'x20.5', wood floors, heat A/C.
