• This agreement is for a room for rent within a shared home as described in the Zillow listing. Home is presented as clean, clutter free, and smoke free. It is a shared responsibility to keep it in that condition (cleaning of your property and shared spaces (your dishes and clothing, counters, floors, sinks, bathtub, lawn), light bulbs, cleaning supplies. Move in date is flexible and month to month. Either party can discontinue the contract with 30 days notice. Payment is bank to bank through Zelle or Zillow ACH due by the 1st of each month. Use of external hoses attached to water spigots is not allowed. Alterations to property are not allowed. Reasonable and respectful behavior related to the neighborhood and roommate is expected.
