Most of the paint is about a year old and working on new carpeting or will do a carpet allowance. Master bedroom is very large with vaulted ceiling and has a walk in closet. The 2nd and 3rd rooms are good sized and also have large closets. Nice dining area attached to kitchen and separate laundry room! This makes for a great starter home, we have outgrown it or would stay. The neighborhood is amazing! Bus stops at both ends of street and school is in a couple blocks away in subdivision across Ammon rd.
