The property will be offered as three separate parcels, or the total of all three parcels based on highest bid. An Eight Percent (8%) buyer's premium, times the taxable acres for the pastureland, farmland and acreage will be added to final bid on Parcels. Bidders must complete a buyer's auction contract and provide earnest money down payment by non-refundable certified funds to the closing company trust account which is applied to purchase at closing.
