Looking for someone to take over my current roommates lease for a private bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor at the Reserve at Forest Hills. We've lived here for 2.5 years but my roommate is now moving out. Everything is furnished except for your bedroom. Cable/internet is included in rent. Electricity and water are billed separately but usually total around $180 and will be split evenly between the two of us. I have cats so you have to be okay with that. Lease goes until May 2025
