This property is located in a private community about 10 miles from Crescent City CA. It has a nice size storage building and nice size backyard.. It overlooks the Hiouchi Valley and surrounded by State and Federal Parks and Forest Service Lands. It is just minutes to the beautiful Smith River and the Pacific Ocean. There is a patio area and a fenced area for a small dog; We, as the Landlords are available pretty much at all times as we live on the property as well. The appliances are black and stainless steel and about 4 yrs old, flooring is laminate and tile. It is clean and move-in ready. Renters will be responsible for utilities and garbage.
