Tenants are expected to keep up the house (clean) and do minor maintenance (replace light bulbs if the burn out) and inform me if more significant issues arise. Tenant needs good source of income or parents willing to co-sign the lease. Typically sign 1 year lease, but can negotiate 10 month (school year only) lease for slightly higher per month rent.
