There's a park across with the street with tennis courts, soccer field, skatepark, playgound, basketball courts etc. so we've included tennis rackets and balls, basket ball, football, and even a kite. There's beach towels and boogie boards to take to the beach and a collapsible wagon to make life easy when transporting all the goodies. There's even room to park your boat in the driveway.
