I do not live on site but I do live next door. So, always available should any problems arise. There is plenty of parking, lots of green space, large patios to enjoy. Some of the landscaping is still under construction but it will not interfere with any day to day living. Property is available for viewing but upgrades to the unit are under way and should be done very soon. Each Room is furnished with queen sized bed, night stand and large dresser. There is a smart TV and ceiling fan with remote in the room as well.. The other unit is currently occupied by a very active 70+ year old woman who works from 9 to 5 as a care giver, so she is gone all day Monday through Friday. There is access to a pool and hot tub.. You have your own private bath and entrance if wanted or needed. I am looking for either gender as last tenant was a young male who lived there over a year....the two got along great. Owner pays all utilities including water, electric, lawn maintenance and wifi. Will accept short term lease but prefer 2-3 month minimum. Pets on a case by case basis. Unit is fully furnished.
