    Beautiful new building, no deposit, application fees reimbursed upon approval, and a $400 cash move-in bonus when you sign the lease. Two large bedrooms and one very large primary bedroom with a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own controlled AC/heat unit. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave in the unit. Garage door in the living room that rolls up for indoor/outdoor living space with the huge ground floor patio. Floors are polished concrete and pets are allowed with small pet rent ($25/mo, no pet deposit). Kitchen island comes with the apartment. Apartment building is at a dead-end behind Hopworks brewery and is quiet. Great location to get to anything. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars on Clinton and Division as well as the Target on Powell. Also an easy walk to both Powell and Kenilworth Park. Building highlights include a bike and/or dog washing station, bike storage room, pet play area, 4 rooftop lounges, and seating areas with fire pits. You have the option to pay $150/month for a parking spot in a lot but we park on a side street for free and have had no issues. Utilities for everything usually run about $150/month for the whole place ($50/person). Remainder of current tenants lease to be signed over (lease ends mid-August and can be renewed), $22 application fee reimbursed on approval, and no deposit due, it has already been paid by the current tenants.
