Traditional family home with drought tolerant front yard which neighbors admire and talk to me about it. Also it has over twenty rose bushes facing the street which we also talk about. During the summer heat I put up shade cloth to protect them. Backyard has a new raised Trex deck of @ 312 square feet and a large stone landscaped back yard of with three large shade trees and tall bushes.
