The laundry is shared with the main house, easily accessable and purchased this year. Looking to start with a 6 month lease, with ability to extend as needed. We will ask for a general screening process prior to selecting a tenant and will work with you directly. We are looking for someone who will be easy to live with as we will be on the property as well!
