The unit is a duplex log house with one bedroom and a loft most tenants use for an office.There's lots of storage in the loft and in the very large kitchen. Appliances are all electric- stainless steel refrigerator, glass cook top, convection microwave, washer/dryer combo (new) and solar water heater. And there are hardwood floors throughout the unit.Two tandem covered parking spaces are included. Water and wifi are also included with basic rent; electric is billed separately. We like to start with 6 month lease - but most of our tenants have extended for up to 3 years. Renter is responsible for their electric bill. Water and wifi is included, no additional charge.
