I renovated this unit myself two years ago, nearly everything is brand new including both bathrooms, bedroom flooring, lights/ceiling fans, and all of the appliances are in new condition. I also have "smart" and "usb" switches throughout the house. The association itself is in a very peaceful neighborhood, with access to a large pool, clubhouse, and tennis court. Each unit has 1 assigned parking spot with plenty of spots for guests. New tenants need proof of income 3 times the rent with your last two pay stubs. You need "decent credit" and a clear background check for HOA approval. I require an application for Credit/Background check ($24.99 fee), this fee will be taken off the first month of rent if accepted. Dogs are OK if under 25 lbs. and require an additional deposit. There is also an additional $100 application fee for the HOA. After all approvals, we will need first, last and security deposit.
