We are currently looking for a fun, down to earth, good person that likes animals to share a house with 2 people in a gated community with community pool. Prefer an older person. Home is located on the West side of Las Vegas close to the 215 and Cheyanne. House is a 2 bedroom with a loft made into a 3rd bedroom, and 2.5 baths. House has plenty of space to share, a good size kitchen with a gas range and dining area. We don't mind smoker's as long as they smoke outside and use ashtrays and trash cans. Rent is $600 plus utilities split 3 ways. Utilities run around $130 average per month each.
