There's one thing about this house that I don't care for & that is the freestanding tub in the master bathroom! Yep, I am a freak of nature so they tell me. I could find fault in nothing else in this house. Leave that freestanding tub out, throw a hot tub in the gigantic back yard and all things in my world are peachy. We have held this lot back for a long time. Long enough to create one of the finest floor plans around 2,500 square feet you can find. From the game room to the huge master closet, we applied details clients have asked us for over many years. AND all on one story! Why wouldn't we? We have one of the best lots, best designer, nicest personnel (ok we are slightly biased) & have the most fun! Did I ask, do you need a new home?
