It has new floors throughout, high ceilings and great colors on the walls. The eat-in kitchen is a good size for a Brooklyn apartment with counter space and a good amount of cabinet space. There is a big living room and office in addition to the two bedrooms. The apartment is on the top floor of an easy 3rd floor walk-up in quiet 3 family building. The place is fully furnished and insanely spacious-- you only need to bring your bedroom furniture for your bedroom with two closets and lots of space. The office space has a desk next to the window and extra room for storage. I have lived in the space for 7 years and it has a home feeling to it with plenty of space for someone to make it their home as well. We're on a great block, just three short blocks from the F train and a few blocks from the D and R trains. Short commute to Atlantic Ave which connects to a bunch of trains as well as LIRR. Prospect Park is nearby as well and is a gorgeous place to be year round! The neighborhood has EVERYthing you need- grocery stores, farmers market, sweet cafes, laundromat, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. I'm a female NYC public school teacher with a busy schedule. That being said, I enjoy having a good time on the weekends, just don't bring the party home! Looking to live with someone with similar habits. Your share of the rent would be $1500 a month which includes utilities (heat, hot water, gas, electric, cable and internet).
