Hello! I have a very large basement 'apartment' available in the house I rent in Emma available August 1st. The basement consists of a living room area, bedroom, bathroom and large walk-in closet. The rest of the house is shared with myself and one other female roommate. This includes kitchen, living room, mud room and large extra recreation room. The rent for the basement is $2200 a month, great for a couple as it is a pretty large space. Huge fenced in yard with beautiful views, dogs welcome! Unfortunately, my dog does not get along with cats. The landlord will require a background and credit check so good credit is a must. Ideally looking for a long-term tenant. A little about me: I have a small gardening business, love skiing in the winter and getting outside in the summer. My roommate and I like to be social with the occasional bbq or playing music but not looking for a party house.
