I have a 2 bedroom lower-level unit available in Cudahy. The unit is located 3 blocks west of Sheridan Park and Lake Michigan. There are 2 large bedrooms where you could easily fit a queen size bed, a large living room, a large kitchen with quartz countertops and new cabinets, and a bathroom. It also comes with one parking spot. It comes with newer appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove) are included in the rent. The rent that I am asking for is $1,250. The rent includes water and sewage. I do not pay for heat or electricity. - I do not accept anyone who has criminal convictions or any evictions (within 10 years) - I am also requesting proof of employment and/or funds - I must have a security deposit upon acceptance - Cats are allowed, some types of dogs may be acceptable with an additional fee, depending on the size and dog breed - If you are bringing in any pests such as bed bugs, roaches, or mice, etc., then don't even bother applying because I will terminate the tenancy immediately. Owner pays for water and garbage. Tenant pay electric, heat and gas.
