The neighborhood is quiet and we like to keep the house quiet too. The room is upstairs with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Washer and dryer on sight. Utilities are covered by the owner and property manager. No smoking of tobacco allowed indoors. The lease would be for an initital three month period, after which it would become month-to-month if you wish to stay. Our only real policy is mutual respect.
