The house is in the prime Harlow neighborhood of Eugene, located north of the University of Oregon campus, just under a mile and a half from Autzen Stadium and walking distance from the Gateway shopping center as well as less than a 10 minute drive from the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores along Coburg road! Rent is a flat rate of $800 per month. Available March 1st with a 6 month lease. Security deposit: $800. There is designated street parking at no cost. Utilities are also included as part of the rent !! (water, electric, trash, internet, central AC and heat). Renters also have access to a game room with a pool table and flat screen tv, as well as a large fenced in backyard with a hot tub !! We do ask that renters help to maintain the overall cleanliness of the home as this is a shared living space. (Helping with dishes, taking out the trash, vacuuming, etc.) We do charge a small fee for pet rent which is an additional $50 per month (small dog) or $30 per month (cat) and prior written consent is required. Disclaimer, the house is currently occupied by 4 cats, though all of which are very friendly and adorable :)
