The bedroom comfortably fits a king bed (not included) with plenty of walking room on all sides. The bedroom also features a window overlooking the garden, updated paint and lighting, California Closet shelving and organizers, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom also includes a mounted television, which can be removed upon request. Outdoors: The patio has both a large sitting area and garden, with mature trees/plants/succulents with room for a pet to go to the bathroom. It is the largest patio I have ever seen for a condo. Transit: 1 block from the 40 which will take you downtown multiple times an hour. During peak hours you can catch a ride 4x an hour. 10-15 minutes to SLU for Google/Facebook/Amazon campuses, and less than 30 minutes to the stadiums. It is also an easy bike ride or walk to SLU; the walk takes about 50 minutes. Pets: Acceptable on a case-by-case basis. Rent is payable in advance by the 1st of each month. Lease is for 12 months but negotiable for minimum of 6 months with higher rent. An additional month's rent will be paid at signing as a deposit for all purposes, including unpaid rent, damage, cleaning, late payment, and other charges. Non-refundable fees include $100 for re-keying the door and $30 for application/screening fees paid prior to commencement of tenancy. Renter's liability insurance is required.
