It is level 1 of 4, with a large garden patio that runs the entirety of the unit, dedicated parking in gated lot, an upstairs storage unit, and plenty of light throughout! A couple dozen happy house plants lived in this condo before I moved out. Indoors: Fully remodeled unit with hardwood throughout (except bathroom). New paint throughout. The living area is big enough for a couch/tv, dining table, and desk area. Full size kitchen with island and bar eating area. The hallway has two huge closets with California Closet organizers and shelving. The bathroom has updated paint, lighting, and fan system. The bedroom comfortably fits a king bed (not included) with plenty of walking room on all sides. The bedroom also features a window overlooking the garden, updated paint and lighting, California Closet shelving and organizers, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom also includes a mounted television, which can be removed upon request. Outdoors: The patio has both a large sitting area and garden, with mature trees/plants/succulents with room for a pet to go to the bathroom. It is the largest patio I have ever seen for a condo. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The garden gets very lush during the spring and summer months, and needs little maintenance. There is plenty of room for a lounge chair or two, a bistro table and chairs, and a grill. Parking: There is a dedicated parking spot in a gated lot behind the building; this parking spot is right next to the back door, making for very easy access to the building. Parking is in included in the monthly rent at no additional cost. Storage: This unit comes with a storage unit on floor 3 for extra storage needs. Storage is included in the monthly rent at no additional cost. Neighborhood: Very safe and vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and open space! Also known for it's breweries and music venues. If you are new to Seattle, Fremont is the place to be; if you are not new to Seattle, you already know that. Transit: 1 block from the 40 which will take you downtown multiple times an hour. During peak hours you can catch a ride 4x an hour. 10-15 minutes to SLU for Google/Facebook/Amazon campuses, and less than 30 minutes to the stadiums. It is also an easy bike ride or walk to SLU; the walk takes about 50 minutes. Pets: Acceptable on a case-by-case basis. Rent is payable in advance by the 1st of each month. Lease is for 12 months but negotiable for minimum of 6 months with higher rent. An additional month's rent will be paid at signing as a deposit for all purposes, including unpaid rent, damage, cleaning, late payment, and other charges. Non-refundable fees include $100 for re-keying the door and $30 for application/screening fees paid prior to commencement of tenancy. Renter's liability insurance is required. No smoking or crime allowed. Pets allowed but on a case-by-case basis pending owner approval, and must be registered with the county and have proof of all shots and vaccinations. Gas, Electric, Cable, and Internet payable by the renter. Full lease and terms to be provided upon initial inquiry. Requires a background check and credit check, which is done through TransUnion; no reusable tenant screening reports allowed.
