We have absolutely loved living in this house and community! The DR Horton Cooper model is the largest townhouse in the community. The cheap HOA (only $99), takes care of snow removal, ground maintenance, playgrounds and park for the children, and handles any other community matter. Convenient South Jordan location next to Bangerter and 104 S, Enjoy a great bite to eat, fantastic shopping, or catch a movie at The District, just 1min by car, 5min by bike, or 20min by walking. The Daybreak area is only up the street, we enjoy the Daybreak Lake, and many of the other Daybreak amenities without the notorious HOA fees. After almost 3 years I can say without a doubt this is the best place in the valley to be, South Jordan enjoys safety and prosperity unlike anywhere else. The kitchen and living area is an entertainers dream, everyone loves coming over for BBQ's, Dinners, and those late morning weekend breakfasts. Without kids, we have managed to keep our home very clean and looking and feeling like new, 3 of the rooms we never use and have still never really been 'lived' in.
