The room comes fully furnished and there are no extra costs for utilities or other amenities. The house is located in the Dubar and Southlands area, near the Tim Hortons on Dunbar Street. It has two floors and university students mostly occupy the rooms. I am unsure of how many rooms will be occupied over the summer. Please message if you are interested or if you have any questions! BASIC INFORMATION: Location: Dunbar-Southlands area Availability: April 30th, 2025 August 25th, 2025 (there might be some flexibility but probably not a lot) Rent Price: $1,200 including utilities (per month) Refundable Damage Deposit: $600 deposit for the first payment + rent price (will be returned after subletting is over to ensure no damages) ROOM/APARTMENT DETAILS: Room Description: Furnished, closet space hanging and rack space, and other amenities (desk, bed, vanity, dresser, nightstand cart, under bed storage space, shoe rack) Shared Spaces: Bathrooms (3 Bathrooms 1 specifically for women), 2 kitchens, living room/dining room, small deck, laundry room Housing Amenities: Laundry + dryer, curbside parking, deck covering in the backyard, heating, certain kitchen utilities (ie: microwave, water boiler) ROOMMATE SITUATION: Number of Roommates: There are 8 bedrooms some occupied and some are not (students or employed individuals) Vibe: Most people keep to themselves for the most part but we are all friendly with each other REQUIREMENTS & RULES: Ideal Subletter: Female. Aged 18-30 years old.
