This house is on 2.56 acres with a pond. We built this home in 1978 and we added extra insulation, put tar and plastic over basement blocks to deter water and we have never had any problems. We have updated everything several times (including roof and painting exterior)and presently have solid wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new plumbing throughout the house, new interior doors, and remodeled bathrooms. We have also replaced heating and air unit to meet needs for added sunroom.
