The house is a big old craftsman with vintage details, hardwood floors, and lots of shared spaces for lounging or dining including a lovely porch that's perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The master suite sits in its own private area off the kitchen. Christian and Liv live in the two other rooms and share a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious, quiet during the day, and flooded with natural light an ideal work-from-home setup, complete with a large desk and ergonomic chair. The en-suite bathroom features a huge walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling Italian tile. And a bonus: a previous owner was fashion-obsessed and built a massive walk-in wardrobe attached to the bedroom. Walking distance to everything North Park has to offer restaurants, bars, two local breweries (Hess & Thorn St), and a Thursday farmers market just 2 blocks away but tucked on quiet 32nd Street so you sleep well at night.
