Lease Term: Twelve (12) months Monthly Rent: $1,800.00 Security Deposit: $1,800.00 due with approved application. Utilities: Utility responsibilities will be determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the lease agreement. Renter's Insurance: Tenant shall maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage upon request. Pet Policy: Up to two (2) pets permitted with Owner approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet shall apply. Service animals and approved assistance animals are exempt as required by law.
