Lease Term: Twelve (12) months Monthly Rent: $1,800.00 Security Deposit: $1,800.00 due with approved application. Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal from sidewalks, walkways, driveways, steps, and entrances in accordance with local ordinances. Property Maintenance: Tenant shall keep the property clean, sanitary, and in good condition and promptly report maintenance issues to Owner.
