One of the bedrooms is "normal" sized and the other is in the A part of the A-frame, so it's smaller, but big enough to fit a queen bed. Also, be aware that the stairs are very steep and may not be suited for all. The house has a small fenced yard for pets, and a larger area outside of that where they can roam but it is not fenced from the (very lightly traveled) street. There's plenty of parking and tenants have use of a large shed for storage. There are raised beds with irrigation for gardening. The Jack's Valley neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it's incredibly convenient to retail (Target, Trader Joes, Home Depot, etc). Trails radiate from the back of the neighborhood as well. The landlord lives on the property in a separate house (about 100' in distance from the rental), so he's available to address any issues immediately. All utilities are included, including (shared) trash & internet (BYO router). There is a forced-air gas furnace & evaporative cooler for climate control. Pets are allowed with an interview (of the pet). Unjustified barking and aggression will not be tolerated at all, however.
