It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor apartment with large patio. The complex has two pools onsite and a car cleaning area. Rent is 1500, plus each month your water is already added to the rent by the complex as well as the rental insurance. our rent with 4 people ends up being around 1605 each month. Tenant responsible for electric, and cable/ internet, as we will be disconnecting these when we leave. Lease expires April 14th, which at that time you could start a new lease with the complex. First months rent is due at lease/sublet signing which will be 1500, we will obviously cover the "water portion," for December as that was our usage from November. One pet will be considered. Furniture not provided.
