About this space Welcome! Our home accommodates up to 4 guests. Occupancy is based on 2 individuals aged 6 or older per bedroom. Children 5 and under are not included in the count. Nestled in Christmas Valley of South Lake Tahoe a cozy cabin with all the amenities. Warm gas fireplace with fully loaded kitchen. Heated front steps for your convenience and safety. Snow removal of the driveway is included. Hiking, biking and walking trails just minutes away. Bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom is downstairs. No parties, no events. Check in is 4:00 pm, as the housekeeper is trying to finish up. The space From the moment you walk in, you will feel at home with the cozy gas fireplace and natural pine ceilings. Comfortable living room with cable, Wi-Fi, beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, two large bedrooms, each with king size beds and futon/sofa bed. Upstairs bedrooms sleep six persons (4 adults and two children), based on two people per king size bed, one person in a full futon bed and one person in a small fold down sofa bed. House is heated by gas fire place downstairs and space heaters upstairs in the two bedrooms. Kitchen table seats four and the bathroom is fully updated with tub and tiled shower. House sits on one half acre and has seating outdoors on the porch or in the backyard. Does not have central heat and air. Guest access SKI LEASE FOR WINTER 2025 AVAILABLE! Enjoy the full winter experience with our 90-day minimum stay from December to April. (Flexibility) Guests will have full access to the house by themselves. In the wintertime, be sure to carry chains; however, if you have 4WD, you are normally allowed to utilize the Highway without chains during snowy weather. *Please note that on top of rent there is an additional fee of $200 for utilities.
