2012/13 Handicap conversion - wood switch back ramp, lowered kitchen cabinets, medicine cabinets, closet bars, roll- in- shower installed in master bath. The walls frames where replaced with 2/4's 24" centers - insulated over "old wall paneling" with R17 Styrofoam boards then sheet rocked the entire home including vaulted ceilings in living room and kitchen and completed with a Knock Down finish on ceilings and walls. We gutted both baths and installed steel household tubs 54", and 60" (..update: 60" removed for a roll-in-shower) and installed "moisture proof Green Board and then fiberglass surrounds, Guest bath is single, master bath is dual head shower. Both baths where outfitted with European pedestal sinks and moen water saving toilets, all moen fixtures. Added can lights in the shower,both baths have linen closets, with oak accents - medicine cabinet, towel bars, trim, window seals, also installed Hollywood lighting in both baths and replaced all flooring. The kitchen has one of a kind - custom built cabinets- built specifically for this kitchen. Vaulted ceilings moen fixtures, and brand new profile appliances: Dishwasher, stove/range glass top and 26 cubic ft side by side water and ice in door fridge, custom counter tops and a microwave. All the flooring was re-done with the remodel, however, it is being updated again in 2008 with wood flooring through out. Smoke detectors, hunter ceiling fans through out - total of 3. Exterior lighting at both entrances and external power at both entrances and exterior water on all 4 sides. (hot water available at hose bib in addition to laundry hookups) Custom 2" plantation blinds through out There is also 2 completely finished shops with power and water. 12x20 shops and a attached car port with two car parking. (2013- handicap ramp replaces undercover parking.) Neighborhood Description Multiple families with children on this street, an also a balanced mixed of retired people, so there is always someone around to notice if anything is a miss, This is the last road in the development there is only one way in and one way out. It is also a dead end cal-de-sac so there is little traffic and the children can play fairly safely. The mail in handled in a locked group box at the end of the road.
