I am writing this to correct the lot size which I believe you show extending through the cement lot on the east side of the easement. That side of the easement belongs to the family living on the street to the east behind us. I believe you may have wrongfully added to the value by including it. Our house is NOT FOR SALE, but I don't want the tax assessor to make wrongful assumptions based on erroneous facts as they too look at Zillow! Mr. MacIntosh and I are married for 39 years, we have lived here for 29 years and the house is property by the entireties.
