If lease is a 1 year, first, last, and security deposit (1 month rent) due at beginning of lease, plus any pet deposit (small dog only) of 500.00 if applicable. Electricity will be your only utility not included in your rent. You will need to set up your own account for electric. Water, trash, pest control, cable, internet and laundry facilities are included. Any desire to upgrade your cable service, above what is provided, would be your own expense.
