Up/down duplex with owner-occupied first floor unit. Rental is the 2nd floor unit. Lease duration for 1 year with a 2-month notice required for renewal or termination of lease. No smoking allowed on the premises. Cats must stay within the unit - owner lives in the duplex and has two dogs that are not good with cats, other dogs, and take a while to get comfortable with most people. We will have a meet and greet to introduce the dogs to make sure tenant is comfortable with the owner's dogs.
