Looking for someone to assume or pay off note and move off property. It's in good condition, has wood upgrades, comes with fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is approximately 63,000 left on the note. We are not asking for anything more than for home to be assumed and moved. The finance company will be able to tell you more about monthly payments and such when you apply to assume.
