The unit offers ample storage space with cabinets in the family room, hallway, and bedroom, ensuring you have plenty of room for all your belongings. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials, including a two-person dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Whether you're here to soak up the sun or work remotely, this cozy haven has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Private Outdoor Space Step outside to your private patio, an ideal spot for unwinding or dining outdoors. The patio features a two-person chair and table set, as well as a separate dining table that seats four. Fire up the private gas grill for a delicious meal, and enjoy the well-balanced mix of sun and shade throughout the day. There's also a shared hose available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The property's shared walkway and entry are exclusive to the building and are shared by only two units, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. Conveniently located with access from the court, the unit is just steps from Mission Boulevard on the beach side and only five houses back from the ocean. Prime Location Our beach retreat is perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood that offers the ultimate coastal getaway experience. You'll be close to fantastic local restaurants, shops, and great bars, with more than 30 dining options within a half-mile or a little more. Whether you're craving a steak at Moe's or some of the best tacos in the area, you'll find plenty of delicious choices just a short walk away. Located between Pacific Beach (PB) and the "famous" Belmont Park just a little over half a mile away you'll have easy access to rides, live events, shopping, dining, and more. If you're looking for outdoor activities, you're just a block from Mission Bay, where you can enjoy a myriad of water sports, including paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and boating. The neighborhood is a peaceful and friendly community, primarily made up of long-time local residents and a few long-term rentals. Street parking, when available, is just a short distance from the front door, with extra and easily accessible parking available on the nearby Santa Clara peninsula. Additional Services & House Rules For added convenience, we offer additional cleaning services at $150 per visit. Please note that these services must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability. To enhance your beach experience, the property provides options for surfboard and boogie board rentals, as well as fishing equipment rentals. We also offer discounts on local bike and paddleboard rentals to help you make the most of your stay. As a special perk, your stay includes weekly tickets to events at the local comedy club, Mic Drop Comedy. You'll also receive discounted rides and local transportation on the Mic Drop Comedy Cart, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything this vibrant community has to offer. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that there be no loud parties or noise between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. Additionally, please note that no additional visitors are allowed on the property without written permission from the property owner. No Smoking allowed inside. No longterm overnight guests. Lease term ends May 1, 2025. Optional cleaning available for $150 fee/visit. Renters are responsible for keeping the shared entry walkway to the property and the patio clear of trash, debris, and personal belongings. Shared hose on patio for other two units.
