We could come to an agreement on what the value of the items are once you pass a credit and criminal background check here at Park Place at Turtle Run. Rent is about 975 a month with water and trash services included. Utilities range from 50-75 per month. Furthermore, I have U-verse internet and cable in both the bedroom and in the living room.
