After a hearty breakfast by the fire looking out at the lake with mountains in the background, some opted for snowmobiling and others made the quick trip to Okemo MT for an epic day on the slopes. You stay behind to enjoy the serenity of this wonderful home. Watching the snowmobiles pull out of the barn and race across the frozen lake this morning was a site to behold. They were all so excited. It was a great idea to come back early from the mountain to enjoy the home theater for a couple of hours of Warren Miller films and to play a few spirit games of billiards. As the sun sets you pour a glass of your favorite and steal a moment alone in the hot tub while you listen to the bustling in the house as everyone settles in after a full day. This home truly restores us and keeps everyone entertained. It is hard to decide which of the seasons is the favorite since it was the winters that drew us to this special home but the lush green summers on the lake and the clear starry night skies that make this a true year-round retreat where time slows down. The home is meticulously maintained and improved, there is nothing to do but enjoy the fireside dinners and laughter or paddling across the still water with sun on your face. Now the current owners say the children have grown and it is time to pass this home onto new owners looking to make ever-lasting memories, connect with each other in the natural beauty of Vermont.
