It provides a very comfortable open layout with a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom, and a bedroom upstairs. The living room has a comfortable couch, a 65 wall-mounted Smart TV, two giant bi-folding doors that look out into the shared backyard with swimming pool, and windows that provide plenty of breeze and natural light to every room in the house. High Speed wireless internet. In the bedroom is a queen bed and a nice sized closet. Two separate mini-split units provide heating and A/C throughout the unit. We have street parking, literally 70 ft from the entrance to the property. We are uniquely located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood of North Park though walking distance to coffee, breakfast, lunch shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife etc. There are custom blinds on all windows and glass doors (installed after photos). Note: there is no dining table, the kitchen island has 3 seats for eating. The backyard is shared with a craftsman home, but the guest house stands separate. There is a second home on the property with 2 school age children. Please note the children may make some noise during the daylight hours. Guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful at all times. Mid Term Rental 3-6 months with a potential option to extend. All utilities and internet included in base rent.
