I made a list going back 5 years. Four years ago I had the kitchen remodeled and the large family bathroom remodeled. I have added a sliding barn door in the kitchen. I also added a new security screen door to the front. In the last month the carpet has been replaced throughout the house, including upstairs, accept for two bedrooms. There is a new slider door upstairs leading to the balcony. Also new blinds in the kitchen, laundry room, two of the bathrooms, and several other windows. In 2014 the solar panels were added to the house. The roof is in great condition and I added a wood stove to the living room a few years ago. This house comes with a new stove and refrigerator. It also comes with a washer and dryer.
