Renters will share the upstairs bathroom but will also have access to another bathroom and shower located downstairs. Moreover, an extra large washer and dryer is located next to both bedrooms and includes a refrigerator for convenience. Accessibility to a large kitchen, dining room, living room and designated storage space in the garage is available for tenets, in addition to a spacious and furnished loft (with a large Smart TV) located near the bedrooms on the second floor. All utilities are included. Seeking two working professionals with good credit who are respectful, communicative and clean. Short and long term leases are available on a month-to-month basis. Plenty of parking space is available. No smoking or substance use of any kind will be accepted. No pets are allowed. No overnight guests will be allowed, unless a prior written request is submitted and approved by the home owner. Requests must be provided a minimum of one week in advance prior to the date(s) requested. A $500.00 deposit is required upfront, in addition to a $50.00 application fee.
