It has a country style feel with pine board floors, high parlor floor ceilings, place rugs,etc. This is an open kitchen/dining room/living room plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and would work very well for someone who likes to cook. The bottom floor has two single bedrooms, a full bath and a common room. Front downstairs room is a workshop, which also contains the washer and dryer.Life can happily take place on the one floor, but having the extra rooms is certainly a plus. Good early morning light, facing east, and light in the afternoon on the living room side through some lovely stained glass.There are 2 major subway lines, which connect quickly to many other lines if need be, with 4 blocks. One is the F and G trains, the other the R. Each is 10 minutes from the apartment and run very frequently.
