Both work hybrid, but are in and out of the house daily. We are looking for a woman tenant, no pets, in their mid to late 20's/early 30's. This is also a smoke free household. The girl's are respectful of each other's space and enjoy their sunny plant-filled home together. They would like someone who also appreciates a clean/tidy space. 3rd Bedroom is 11'x10'. Rent is $980, with a 12 month lease. Going month to month after the year. The house is just 2 blocks away from McLaren Park. There is great access to public transit (44, 14, 8, Glen and Balboa Park Bart). There is also plenty of free street parking with easy access to 101 and 280 freeways. Utilities are not included (would be approx. $150 additional). The room is open and ready for immediate move in.
