The basement apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a kitchen and a living room. The house is just about two blocks from the SUU campus- definitely walking distance if you'd like! Even though it's a basement, it has high windows that let in some good light! It's kind of a funky set up, being in the basement- the living room and bedroom are separated by the kitchen in the middle. The bathroom is accessed out the bedroom door through a common hallway. The common hallway is a shared space because that is how I can access the shared laundry room and the utility room downstairs. The furnishings you see in the photos are available to stay, as well as a twin bed and two dressers in the bedroom. There is new tile in the living room and kitchen and all rooms have been recently painted. The bedroom carpet was installed May 2025. There is a yard with patio furniture and a fire pit that you are welcome to enjoy. I live upstairs and I have dogs. I'm not a very loud person and they aren't really barkers but I do have to say the floors aren't soundproof so I'm sure you'd hear us when we walk upstairs! Parking will be street parking- there is always plenty of it! *There is currently a tenant living in the apartment until the end of July. I will be able to give tours in person or on Facetime after that date* Due to wear and tear and utility usage, rent will be $900/mo for one person, $1000/mo for two. Utilities, including WiFi, are included in base rent. I pay utilities and WiFi is included. A dog would be permitted with references from a current/recent landlord and additional pet deposit. No cats. Lease will be month-to-month. Ideal for students at SUU for the school year. Street parking only. No smoking or drugs of any kind. Must be able to pass a basic background check.
