Fenced yard with a walkway from the patio to side garage door and front yard. *Master bedroom carpet (room with holes in carpet) will be replaced with laminate prior to tenant occupying the home.* Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Dining room table with seating for 8, 4 bar stools, 58"mounted living room TV with Amazon FireStick, and WiFi router will be included with the rental of the property and stay when tenant contract expires. Lawn maintenance, garbage (Waste Management), and Internet with WiFi (Spectrum) are built into monthly rent. Renter is responsible for all other utilities and must transfer to renter name on move in day if Monday-Friday or the last business day before move-in if Saturday-Sunday.
