Well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave Stacked washer & dryer in bathroom Gas stove in living room Free access to the community Meeting House (free Wifi) Private outdoor stone patio Lake view Renter's are responsible for gas electric and wifi in addition to the month rent. Maintenance will take care of snow removal and lawn care. Dumpsters for garbage are available at the top of the community. Leases are typically one year but we are flexible. In order to sign a lease you must pay the security deposit equivalent to one months rent. First months rent is due seven days prior to the lease start date.
